Our initial focus is application security infrastructure for banking payment systems. On a protected system, unilateral change is refused. Not by an admin, a service, an AI, an insider, or stolen credentials. Not even root.
WestGate Data Science is a startup, and Churchill spent two and a half years in design and testing before this launch. That included a 30-day public capture-the-flag open to invited offensive kernel researchers, and adversarial testing with Mythos under Anthropic’s Cyber Verification Program. Every technical claim we publish is verified by our own engineers before it goes out, and the ones that matter most were tested by people we invited to break them.
The market sells a different tool for each intruder. We built the one gate they all have to pass.
An AI, an insider, a hacker, a careless admin. To do damage, every one of them needs the system to do something it was not authorized to do. The industry answered that with a product per intruder: one for malware, one for insiders, now one for AI. All of them monitor and alert, promising to detect sooner. Sooner is still after. The action already hit production.
We started from the other end. If every intruder needs an unauthorized change, then refuse the change and the intruder's identity stops mattering.
